Reporting directly to the Under Secretary General, Management Policy, Strategy, and Corporate Services, the Director will provide strategic leadership and technical oversight. This includes driving innovation in areas such as Supply Chain Management, Fleet Management, Procurement, Digital and Innovation, Green Supply Chain, and National Society Logistics Development. The role extends to fostering partnerships, ensuring compliance with international standards, and representing IFRC at strategic forums and humanitarian conferences.

IFRC seeks a visionary leader with a degree and postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or Supply Chain Management, along with a minimum of 12 years of senior management experience in supply chain management or logistics. Experience in long-term strategy development, procurement, and managing complex global services is essential. Knowledge of the Red Cross/Red Crescent Movement is preferred.
