Context

As part of the Business Intelligence team, you will participate in the implementation of the Data Strategy through developing data solutions and dashboards. As an Azure data/Datawarehouse engineer, you will be expected to design, implement, and manage data solutions on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. You will be creating and maintaining ETLs, data pipelines, data storage solutions, data processing, and data integration to promote exchange of data from/to various sources, build Power BI dashboards and therefore enable data-driven decision-making.

Task description

Data engineering: • Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and transformation in Azure (Postgres). • Design and implement ETL processes from multiple data sources, in support of business analytics and reporting. Data visualization • Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data warehouse solutions in Azure, to improve analytics/reporting in a cloud strategy. Data security • Implement role-based access control (RBAC), row-level secury, encryption, auditing, logging, and other security measures as required. Teamwork • Collaborate with technical and business teams to design, implement and test data warehouse applications.
