NEWS ARCHIVE SEPT 2015: Volunteer opportunities for young UK residents at Progressio

Young and motivated? Ready to start your contribution to a better world? This opportunity may be something for you!

For those of you who are new to Progressio, Progression has catholic roots and would sort under faith-based organization (read more here about organization types). Progressio is a registered charity and receives funding from the UK Department for International Development (DFID). 

Progressio is now looking to recruit volunteers to their Progressio ICS (International Citizen Service) program. The program is open to:

  • long-term UK residents only
  • applicants aged 18-25 years old when heading overseas
  • applicants able to commit to 10-12 weeks overseas

 

Non-UK residents can’t apply online, but can still be volunteers at Progressio. Although you have to apply directly to a country office, click here to read more.
