By checking our own data (number of sessions and apply-clicks), we can determine what jobs are most popular, but also what positions that have fewer applicants and less competition. Not attracting applicants should not be seen as a negative indication on the organization or its mandate, the reasons could rather be that the organization is unknown or that the job posted is in a challenging thematic field or in a challenging location.
