The Claims and Evidence of Impact project was established to demonstrate the current evidence within each of our core sectors, as well as Child Sponsorship, in order to provide credible power claims for strengthening the organization’s brand, and to communicate levels of evidence of impact within our core sectors.

As Research Assistant, Evidence and Learning, your focus is on developing sector summaries of evidence based on completed research within the World Vision Partnership, and other reports and data within the organization.

Requirements include:

· Master’s degree with a strong research emphasis in a relevant discipline.

· Experience in research or evaluation roles, working with multiple projects in international organisations.

· Ability to read, assess quality and interpret research documents and statistical data.

· Ability to effectively communicate with many different functions, cultures and levels in the organisation (orally and in writing.). Fluency in English.

· The position may require ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
