HR Administrator (open-ended & fixed term positions available)

Our Trading HR Team is looking for two dynamic team players to provide support with Human Resources administration for Trading Managers and other stakeholders.

The role

Based in Oxford, in Oxfam GB’s Trading Division, the HR Administrators will be the first point of contact for all verbal and written communication from the UK Region that they are responsible for. They will also focus on payroll input, writing of contracts and contract amendments and providing a comprehensive support to the Team with additional responsibilities.

Essential Skills, Experience & Knowledge

  • Administrative experience and good organisational skills.
  • A tactful and professional manner, excellent interpersonal skills, and a focus on customer service are essential.
  • Excellent word processing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic mail systems are important as well.
  • Experience of working with a Personnel Computer System would be advantageous.
