Programme Finance Manager (FIN0235)

Are you a highly driven individual who likes challenges? Do you have considerable experience in financial analysis and modelling as well as in management accounting in an international context? Are you a proven leader and communicator with strong management skills? If so, we are looking for you.

You will act as an expert on financial management and deliver persuasive and effective leadership within Oxfam GB, and amongst the Oxfam confederation. You will be implementing affiliate executive board level strategies and working closely with Leadership Team level and senior managers at own level advising them and communicating high level financial information.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a big impact in the short term.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • A recognised accountancy qualification with considerable experience in financial modelling/analysis and management accounting and reporting, preferably in an international context.

  • Demonstrable analytical skills to improve business performance

  • Understanding of systems and processes and how these can support programme
