The technical advisor should have: experience with implementing family planning programs; knowledge of safe abortion strategies; and, a strong interest in youth sexual reproductive health. The technical advisor will provide remote and in-country technical assistance to local teams for the achievement of project deliverables across the three countries.

The RH Technical Advisor will oversee PSI's external FP QA audit program as well as ensure PSI programs adhere to global QA/QI minimum standards. The focal point will play a key liaison role with the Global Medical Director, the FP/RH Department's Technical Advisors, and regional support teams.
