BACKGROUND
JOB DESCRIPTION
Programme supports

Assist in following up with CFi/CPA in Tonle Sap on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Participatory M&E data collection and do data entry for data analysis;
Support the project coordinators to conduct a series of meetings, workshops and capacity building trainings of all projects;
Assist the project coordinators in ensuring effective representation of IUCN in relevant meetings, workshops and networks as necessary;
Assist the project coordinators in the organization an production of project-based web stories, outreach products and case studies;
Work closely with the communications officer to manage the IUCN Cambodia website;
Support the MFF national coordinator to ensure the smooth implementation of MFF small grant facility projects;
Performs other duties as requested by the project coordinators.

Administrative supports

Assist in logistical arrangements for meetings, workshops, and other.
Assist in collecting time sheet/invoices from programme staff and get it approve by their lines manager.
Be in charge of office telephone operation when the Admin Assistant is absent.

OTHER DUTIES
Carry out any other duties you may be called upon to perform from time to time by project coordinators.
